As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The lead ensures that development practices meet high standards for quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the strategic goals of the organization. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of project progress are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Monitor project timelines and resource allocation to meet delivery commitments.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment strategies within Google Cloud Platform environments.
- Strong knowledge of designing scalable and secure cloud-based architectures.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes within the Google Cloud ecosystem.
- Ability to implement best practices for performance optimization and cost management on cloud platforms.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in cloud environments.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
