Job Description
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles
- Deep expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration at scale
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) including networking, storage, and IAM
- Strong experience with Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent IaC tools
- Solid scripting skills in Bash and Python for automation and tooling
- Understanding of database operations, backup strategies, and disaster recovery
- Design, deploy, and manage production Kubernetes clusters across multiple availability zones
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, canary deployments, and rollback capabilities
- Implement comprehensive observability: metrics, distributed tracing, structured logging, and alerting
- Develop infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible for reproducible, auditable environments
- Lead incident response, conduct blameless post-mortems, and drive reliability improvements
- Optimize cloud infrastructure costs while maintaining performance and availability SLAs

You will design for 99.99% uptime, build self-healing systems, and ensure that every deployment is fast, safe, and observable. This is a foundational role: the platform you build will directly determine how reliably thousands of developers can run AI workloads in production.
