The Role

We are looking for a skilled Mobile Application Developer with experience in React Native, Java, and Kotlin to design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications for Android and cross-platform environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in mobile UI development, API integration, performance optimization, and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable mobile applications using React Native, Java, and Kotlin.

• Build cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using React Native.

• Develop and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin and Java.

• Implement reusable UI components, mobile workflows, and responsive interfaces.

• Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and backend services.

• Optimize application performance, memory usage, and responsiveness.

• Work with Firebase services such as push notifications, analytics, and crash reporting.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA teams.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across devices.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, release management, and deployment to app stores.

• Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies and mobile development best practices.

Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it. As a valued member of our team, you will provide work estimates for assigned development work, and guide features, functional objectives, or technologies being built for interested parties.

Required Technical and Professional Experience

• 3 5+ years of experience in mobile application development.

• Strong experience with: React Native, Java, Kotlin, Android SDK, REST APIs, JSON/XML.

• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.

• Familiarity with mobile app architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).

• Knowledge of Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with mobile testing and debugging tools.

• Understanding of app publishing processes on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

• Experience with : Firebase, SQLite/Room Database, Push Notifications, Payment Gateway Integration, Maps & Location Services

• Exposure to native module development in React Native.

• Knowledge of performance tuning and security best practices for mobile applications.

• Technical Skills : React Native, Kotlin, Java, Android Studio, Firebase, REST APIs, Git/GitHub, Redux, SQLite

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Bachelor s/Master s in Computer Science / IT / Engineering

• Banking / BFSi preferred

• Java / React JS / Node JS Certification (Developer / Professional Developer)
