Job Description
- Destination Air and/or Ocean Pricing for Export shipments to the US, Canada, Australia, Gulf
- Floating customer enquiries to overseas partner carriers, forwarders, agents
- He / She should be well-versed with historical and current pricing trends
- Negotiating skills for better pricing from Overseas agents/vendors for clearance, trucking, warehousing and allied services
- Contacting transport / rail / customs brokers etc. for ancillary services
- Maintain pricing database and manage populate monthly PL
- Ensure complete coordination with operations / customers / finance team through effective SOPs
- Liaise internally and externally and build strong professional working relationships with respect to stakeholders and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely response to customers (Internal/External) requirements
- Conduct market research, competitor and customer analysis to identify sales opportunities
