Looking for Immediate Joiners

Role & responsibilities

- Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows and Mac OS on laptops/desktops.

- Perform hardware troubleshooting and replace faulty components.

- Install and configure Active Directory (AD), DHCP, DNS, and basic firewall settings.

- Provide support for VOIP and ILL (Internet Leased Line) connections.

- Perform basic networking tasks, including configuring LAN, Wi-Fi, and troubleshooting network issues.

- Monitor and maintain system performance and security.

- Provide on-site technical support as needed.

- Maintain documentation of IT assets and incident reports.

Preferred candidate profile

- Prior experience in a corporate IT support environment is desirable.

- Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware components and troubleshooting.

- Experience in operating system installation & configuration (Windows/Linux/Mac).

- Good understanding of basic networking concepts (LAN, WAN, DHCP, DNS, VPN, VLAN).

- Hands-on experience with VOIP, ILL, and firewall configurations.

- Knowledge of Active Directory (AD) administration.

- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues quickly.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
