Position:- Remote Desktop Support Engineer
Qualification:- Any Graduate
Experience:- 1+ Years
Location:- Thousand Lights, Chennai
Notice Period:- Early Joiners Preffered
Working Days & Shift:- 6 days Working & General Shift
Responsibilities:
- Experience in Remote Desktop Support and End-User Computing
- Hands-on experience providing remote support using ticketing and remote access tools
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, VPN connectivity and hardware/software troubleshooting
- Experience in user account management, password resets, Active Directory and printer support
- Basic understanding of network connectivity, email configuration and remote troubleshooting techniques
- Strong communication, customer service and incident management skills with the ability to resolve issues within SLA.
