Role & responsibilities
- Responding to user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking problems
- Asking targeted questions to accurately diagnose reported issues
- Investigating error messages and system logs to determine root causes
- Testing alternative pathways until problems are resolved
- Conducting remote troubleshooting when possible to minimize downtime
- Escalating unresolved issues to specialized teams when necessary
