Role & responsibilities
- User support & troubleshooting all hardware / LAN related issues
- Installation of standard software required by client
- Installing applications software developed by client
- Installation of necessary updates / upgrades / patches
- Knowledge of email configuration & troubleshooting
- Knowledge of troubleshooting basic printer related issues
- Knowledge of taking backup of user data prior formatting & OS reinstallation
