Desktop Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users for desktop, laptop, printer, Outlook configuration, hardware troubleshooting, LAN troubleshooting, and Microsoft server issues.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to hardware installation and maintenance of desktops/laptops.
  
• Configure new user accounts on the network and manage existing ones as needed.
  
• Collaborate with other teams to identify root causes of recurring issues and implement solutions.
  
• Document all incidents/requests received from users and follow up until closure.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in Deskside Support or similar role.
  
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 7/8/10) and basic networking concepts.
  
• Proficiency in configuring Outlook email clients and managing email settings.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining excellent communication skills.
