Desktop Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues and perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching and updating.
  
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues that require escalation.
  
• Document all incidents and resolutions in a timely manner.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in desktop administration or related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 7/8/10) and basic networking concepts.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with users at various levels.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks effectively.
