Desktop Support Engineer 4+ Years Experience
Experience: 4+ years
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 desktop support for Windows laptops/desktops.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Resolve issues related to Outlook, Office applications, VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN, DNS, and DHCP.
- Perform OS installation, patching, imaging, and software deployment.
- Support remote users using remote access tools.
- Manage IT assets and document incidents using ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Jira/Freshservice).
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed.
