Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops/laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WLAN issues using various tools such as ping/tracert/mstsc etc.
- Manage Active Directory user accounts and group policies.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
