Desktop Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to end users through phone, email, or in-person visits for desktop-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems on laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (OS) on company-issued devices.
• Collaborate with IT team to identify root causes of recurring issues and implement solutions.

Job Requirements :

• 2-3 years of experience in desktop support or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
