Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to end-users for desktop, laptop, printer issues and LAN troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems using various tools and techniques.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or third-party vendors when necessary.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in desktop support engineering.
- Strong knowledge of laptop support, printer support, and LAN troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
