Role & responsibilities
- Min. 2 years of experience as a Remote Support / Service Desk Engineer.
- Should have hands-on experience with Outlook Configuration.
- Given Remote support and ticketing tool experience.
- Troubleshooting, domain, and software support.
- The person will be providing centralised support to the client.
Preferred candidate profile
- Technical Graduate before or 2024 pass-out
- Immediate Joined
- Shift - 9 am - 6 pm (Fixed shift)
- Preferred - Male and Female.
- Alternate Saturday off ( 2nd & 4th)
- Language - Hindi and English
