Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to end users through remote sessions, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to desktop hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops/laptops on Windows operating systems.
- Troubleshoot DNS, Active Directory, Outlook configuration issues using various tools such as DHCP servers.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or third-party vendors when necessary.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in desktop support engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of OS installation (Windows) and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP).
- Proficiency in providing remote support using various remote connection tools like TeamViewer or Remote Desktop Connection.
