Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to end-users for desktop-related issues, including hardware installation, software troubleshooting, and OS installation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve laptop-related issues such as battery life, connectivity problems, and hardware malfunctions.
- Install and configure printers for optimal performance and troubleshoot printer-related issues.
- Assist in configuring Outlook email clients on desktops and laptops.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of hardware installation, hardware troubleshooting, laptop support, printer troubleshooting, and printer support.
- Proficiency in installing operating systems (OS) on desktops and laptops.
