Desktop Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to end-users for desktop-related issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot common problems with Outlook email clients and resolve issues related to email configuration.
• Collaborate with other teams to identify root causes of recurring issues and implement solutions.

Job Requirements :

• 2-10 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of system administration principles and practices.
• Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting various types of hardware devices (desktops/laptops).
• Experience working with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook) including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
