Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in desktop support or IT infrastructure support roles.
- Proven experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of desktop imaging tools and deployment processes.
- Experience working with thin client environments and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
- Familiarity with L1-level Active Directory administration.
- Proficiency in hardware diagnostics and replacement of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Good understanding of basic networking concepts, including IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Ability to work in a shift-based environment and provide on-call support when required.
