Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical assistance to end-users on desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Windows operating systems, Outlook email clients, and Active Directory.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops/laptops for employees in the real estate industry.
- Perform remote support sessions via phone or video conferencing.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in desktop support engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of IT support principles and practices.
- Proficiency in installing/configuring Microsoft Windows operating systems (e.g., Windows 10).
- Experience with printer support and troubleshooting.
