Desktop Support Engineer

Job Description:

• Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals
  
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and standard applications
  
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords (Active Directory)
  
• Configure and troubleshoot Outlook and MS Office applications
  
• Basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, VPN, IP configuration)
  
• Handle hardware issues and coordinate with vendors for warranty support
  
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and antivirus updates
  
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
  
• Log and track tickets using ITSM tools
  
• Provide remote support to end-users when required
