Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical assistance to end-users for desktop hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve LAN/WAN connectivity problems using DHCP, DNS, and IP configuration.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems on desktops and laptops.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patch management, antivirus updates, and disk space monitoring.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in desktop support or related field.
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals including DHCP, DNS, and IP configuration.
- Proficiency in installing and configuring Windows operating systems (Windows Support).
- Basic understanding of hardware components of a computer system.
