Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 installation and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with desktop and laptop hardware.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, Wi-Fi).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook configuration.
- Printer installation and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory and user management.
- Remote support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Remote Desktop).
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
