Position- Desktop support

Notice Period- Immediate

Experience- Fresher to 1 Year

Location Panipat

Shift – 6 days working and general shift

Bike is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install and update operating systems, drivers, and software applications.
• Configure email clients and assist users with email-related issues.
• Support users with password resets and basic account management.
• Perform system health checks and routine maintenance.
• Replace faulty hardware components when required.
• Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior engineers.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
• Provide prompt and professional technical support to end users.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Understanding of computer hardware and peripherals.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
