Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Windows Imaging Engineer responsible for enterprise desktop lifecycle management, OS deployment, image management, endpoint provisioning, and automation. The candidate will support multiple endpoint management technologies including SCCM, PDQ SmartDeploy, Microsoft Intune, and Windows Autopilot.

Key Responsibilities

Operating System Deployment

Design, maintain and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 imaging solutions.

Build and manage gold images for enterprise endpoints.

Create, modify and maintain SCCM Task Sequences.

Manage driver packages and hardware model onboarding.

Support OS refresh and migration projects.

Endpoint Management

Manage device deployment using:

o SCCM (MECM)

o PDQ SmartDeploy

o PDQ Connect

o Microsoft Intune

o Windows Autopilot

Configure endpoint policies and deployment standards.

Image Lifecycle Management

Create and update enterprise images.

Validate image quality prior to production rollout.

Support quarterly image refresh cycles.

Manage image testing and deployment governance.

Application Integration

Integrate applications into deployment task sequences.

Package applications using PowerShell, MSI and EXE installers.

Coordinate with Application Packaging teams.

Infrastructure Support

Manage Distribution Points.

Support Boundary Groups and Content Distribution.

Troubleshoot PXE boot issues.

Support CMG and cloud-based endpoint deployments.

Work with certificate-based deployment infrastructure.

Automation & Scripting

PowerShell scripting.

Deployment automation.

Image customization automation.

Driver automation and BIOS update processes.

Troubleshooting

Task Sequence failures.

Driver injection issues.

OS deployment failures.

PXE and boot media issues.

Windows 11 upgrade and migration problems.

Endpoint provisioning issues.
