Desktop Engineer
Location: Dadri / Bahadurgarh | Experience: 34 Years | Qualification: Diploma | Shift: Shift Duty
Key Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers and IT peripherals.
Install and troubleshoot Windows, MS Office, antivirus and standard applications.
Resolve LAN, Wi-Fi, internet and basic network issues.
Manage basic Active Directory, user accounts and system access.
Maintain IT assets, inventory and support tickets.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software issues.
Provide IT support to production, stores, quality, maintenance and administration teams.
Preferred: Good knowledge of desktop hardware, Windows, networking and Active Directory; manufacturing experience preferred.
