Hiring: Desktop Engineer Fresher

Job Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
Qualification: Any Graduate (any Hardware & Networking course is mandatory)
CTC: 15000/-

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide basic desktop and laptop technical support to users.
• Assist with installation and configuration of Windows OS and software applications.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Assist in installation and configuration of desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Perform basic LAN, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.
• Support Outlook, MS Office, browsers, antivirus, and other standard applications.
• Assist with system formatting, OS reinstallation, and software installation.
• Maintain IT asset records and update tickets in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the senior support team.
• Provide timely and professional support to end users.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Desktop/Laptop hardware, and networking.
• Basic understanding of LAN, IP address, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a user-support environment.
• Candidates with CCNA, A+, MCSE, or other IT certifications will be an added advantage.
