Design - Senior Manager

Role Overview:

Senior Design Leader who can drive high-volume marketing design delivery while maintaining a high creative and brand quality bar. This role will lead a team of graphic designers responsible for delivering marketing creatives across channels, optimize design workflows using AI and modern tools, and clearly articulate design thinking and decisions to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Delivery & Quality:

• Own end-to-end delivery of marketing design creatives at scale, including email campaigns, paid media ads, landing pages, and brand assets.
• Maintain high standards of visual quality, consistency, and brand adherence across all outputs.
• Establish clear design guidelines, review processes, and quality benchmarks.

Experience & Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in graphic / visual / marketing design roles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma); familiarity with modern design tools.
• Prior experience managing design teams is mandatory.
• Strong experience delivering high-volume marketing creatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge and hands-on exposure to AI-assisted design tools.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to explain design decisions clearly to non-design stakeholders.
• Comfortable handling feedback, ambiguity, and tight timelines.
• Stay current with emerging design and AI trends and apply them practically.
