Design Lead

• Co-create program designs with governments and partners.

• Develop end-to-end planning, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation frameworks.

• Create and co-create solutions and assets relevant to program objectives.

• Work with the Program Lead to support and enable governments and partners in program implementation.

• Devise strategies for rapid adoption and acceptance of programs among stakeholders.

• Create knowledge and process documents to improve program replicability.

• Maintain design documentation and monitor progress.

• Promote a positive and productive work environment.

Selection Criteria

As a Design Lead, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the Projects Lead in the effective management and execution of various digital education projects. Your support will be crucial in ensuring that the project objectives are met and that communication with all stakeholders is clear and timely.

Essential

• Education : Graduation / Post Graduation or above

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the education sector for Lead/ 0-1 year experience for Associate position

• Fellowship or work experience with Govt. actors in the education sector is preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

• Reflective Behaviour towards improving self and enabling others in the team

• Must be able to handle operational rigour and speed

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and possess stakeholder management skills

• Comfort and facility with technology.
