We are seeking an exceptionally talented and intellectually strong Design Lead with 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade workplace projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically sound, conceptually sharp, and capable of transforming business objectives into high-performance workspace environments.
Key Responsibilities:Workspace Design & Planning
- Lead concept design, detailed design, and technical drawings for corporate office fit-out projects.
- Create workplace layouts that optimise functionality, aesthetics, and business efficiency.
- Develop mood boards, material palettes, and design presentations for enterprise clients.
- Ensure alignment with global workplace standards, sustainability, and user-experience principles.
Project Delivery & Coordination
- Manage end-to-end architectural deliverables for enterprise-level projects.
- Coordinate with MEP teams, structural consultants, PMC, contractors, and vendors.
- Conduct site audits, design validations, and quality checks during execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of GFC drawings, BOQs, and compliance documentation.
Client Interaction & Stakeholder Management
- Lead client discussions and translate business needs into design outputs.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact design presentations to senior stakeholders and CXOs.
- Participate in design workshops, technical reviews, and presentation pitches.
Technical Expertise
- Prepare construction drawings, joinery details, and technical specifications.
- Ensure adherence to NBC norms, safety standards, and green building guidelines.
- Oversee design approvals, statutory submissions, and quality compliance.
- Bachelor s or Master s in Architecture or Interior Design.
- 4+ years of experience in commercial office fit-outs or workplace architecture.
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level corporate office projects.
- Strong conceptual thinking, technical depth, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and presentation tools.
- High intellectual clarity and strong analytical thinking.
- Excellent design sense with execution-focused understanding.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Confident professional presence for senior client interactions.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple fast-paced projects.
- Self-motivated and committed to design excellence.
