Design Lead

We are looking to fill a design leadership role to set and protect the visual standard

What youll be responsible for
- Setting aesthetic standards
- Leading final visual quality control
- Building scalable identity systems
- Maintaining consistency across deliverables
- Mentoring and reviewing designers

You should be comfortable saying, This is not at our standard

Youll fit if
- You think in systems, not one-offs
- You balance creativity with discipline
- You can mentor without ego
- You are calm under pressure

This role is not for
- Purely experimental designers without system discipline
- Individual contributors who avoid leadership
- Designers uncomfortable giving hard feedback
