Design Head - UI/UX (5-10 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced design leader to join our team, responsible for driving design leadership and ownership across our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in premium visual language, UI design, UX architecture, and interaction design, with a focus on creating seamless user experiences.

About the Role :

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design of our products and services, ensuring a consistent and cohesive visual language and user experience across all platforms. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to drive design decisions and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and usability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design leadership and ownership of our products and services

- Development of premium visual language and UI design

- Creation of UX architecture and interaction design

- Design systems development and maintenance

- Ownership of conversion and cross-platform coherence

- Conducting research and testing to inform design decisions

- Designing mobile apps and responsive web experiences

- Collaboration with development teams to ensure design-to-code literacy

Required Skills :

- Strong portfolio of design work demonstrating expertise in UI, UX, and visual design

- Experience with design systems and cross-platform design

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite

- Knowledge of front-end development principles and design-to-code literacy

- Experience with user research and testing methods

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

- Proven experience in a design leadership role
