Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Head, based in Bangalore, India.
- Lead end-to-end design for luxury residential projects (villas, penthouses, HNI homes) and F&B spaces (restaurants, lounges, cafes)
- Build the India design team hire, mentor, and grow a team of 3-5 designers in Year 1
- Acquire and manage relationships with HNI clients and F&B brand owners in Bangalore and South India
- Translate Moori's Dubai design language into the Indian context while maintaining brand standards
- Own project delivery timelines, vendor coordination, site execution oversight
- Present concepts and pitches to prospective clients; represent Moori at industry events
Preferred candidate profile
- 8-12 years in interior design with a strong portfolio in luxury residential AND F&B
- Proven experience managing a design team (3+ people)
- Track record of independently acquiring or growing a high-end client base
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/V-Ray (or equivalent)
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore
