Design Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage design projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop architectural designs, interior designs, and working drawings for corporate clients.
  
• Oversee the entire design process, including site visits, client meetings, and project coordination.
  
• Develop detailed estimates for projects based on scope of work and resource requirements.
  
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations throughout the design process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-8 years of experience in architecture or interior design firm with a focus on corporate interiors.
  
• B.Arch degree (or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and zoning regulations.
  
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit; knowledge of other relevant tools an asset.
