Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid)
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is an execution-focused design role for someone who thrives on pace, precision, and producing work that looks genuinely exceptional. Youll work directly with marketing, product, and the founding team to transform ideas and content into visual assets that command attention - from sleek, striking product design to client presentations and social campaigns to sales collateral, webinar assets, and brand templates.
Youll be the keeper of our visual standards, the go-to person for getting things made well, and an integral part of a small team that punches well above its weight.
WHAT YOULL DO
  • Partner with marketing, product, and founders to translate raw content into polished, on-brand visual assets.
  • Own and evolve our library of brand templates for product, marketing engagement.
  • Produce high-quality collateral for sales, client engagement, webinars, communications.
  • Design compelling social media and digital marketing visuals.
  • Keep the asset library organised and accessible for customer-facing teams.
  • Support video production and motion graphics as needed.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • At least 2 years of design experience in a B2B brand or agency environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint, and Canva.
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills - you can visually stunning and easy to present decks.
  • A sharp eye for visual hierarchy, typography, and layout.
  • The ability to execute quickly without ever compromising on quality.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisation skills.
