Deputy Security Officer

Role & responsibilities :

• Support the CSO in managing daily plant and township security operations.
• Supervise shift-wise deployment of security staff and ensure discipline and alertness.
• Monitor CCTV, entry/exit registers, material movement, and visitor logs.
• Handle incident reporting, security breaches, and conduct preliminary investigations.
• Assist in conducting security audits, drills, and regular patrols.
• Coordinate with internal departments for VIP movements, high-risk tasks, or event security.
• Enforce security SOPs and assist in training new security personnel.
• Provide backup leadership in the absence of CSO and escalate critical issues as needed.
