Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and surveys to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive safety management system (SMS) aligned with OSHA/ISO standards.
- Provide training on electrical safety, first aid, fire safety, industrial health, industrial hygiene, industrial safety, PTW programs, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop policies and procedures for ensuring workplace safety.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to EHS regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 15-20 years of experience in EH&S role with expertise in SMS development & implementation.
- B.Sc degree in Any Specialization; Diploma holders also eligible with Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety certification
- Strong knowledge of HIRA/JHA/RCA methodologies; proficiency in conducting root cause analysis.
