Support field through trouble shooting on system

Ensuring governance adherence and meeting the TAT

Monthly hold clearance

Process Analysis & Sharing of best practices with team.

Coordinate with Sales

& ensuring mechanism in place for processing of files within desired TAT.

Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on any change in process

Liasoning with functional team Operations, risk, banking, to cover process gap

Required Qualifications and Experience
