As a Production Deputy Manager, The candidate should know the Production to manage end-to-end manufacturing operations within our sanitaryware production unit. The role involves supervising daily shop-floor activities, ensuring timely and quality output, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and leading a high-performing production team. The candidates with prior experience in sanitaryware production will be given preference.

1. Production Management: Oversee daily production activities, ensure adherence to production plans, and meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
2. Team Leadership: Manage shift teams, supervisors, and technicians; provide guidance, training, and performance feedback.
3. Quality Control: Work closely with QA to maintain product standards, reduce defects, and implement corrective measures.
4. Process & Productivity Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement lean tools (5S, Kaizen, TPM) to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
5. Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operations.
6. Reporting: Track and report production KPIs, variance analysis, and operational data for management review.
7. Safety & Compliance: Ensure shop-floor safety protocols, compliance with SOPs, and adherence to statutory regulations.

• Education:  M.B.A / B.Tech / BE Mechanical any field; additional qualifications in product certification.
• Experience: 8-10 years of experience in the building materials industry, with a focus on sales and network expansion
• Skills:
  • Hands-on expertise in production planning, process optimization, and shop-floor  management.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, molds, firing, glazing, finishing, and  safety norms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/production software, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
