Job Description
Position - Dy Manager PE Development
Experience - 10~15 year
Qualification - B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical)
Roles & Responsibilities:-
Conduct all Process Design reviews as per development plan
Adhere Micro plan for Process Design & developmentactivities,
Process FMEA, Draft PQCS, OGS etc. preparation and seekapproval of PE Dev head
Concept design for Final testing/ End of Line Testing m/cwith past failure consideration
Execute initiative for Development Cycle time reduction forProcess design
Benchmarking with similar process to have higher LineProductivity level as compared to similar line
Ensure incorporation of previous learnings HD points (OPL,TKHS, Poka-yoke etc.
Ensure IOT enabled Assy line design
Ensure automation element with approach of processdeskilling
Capacity confirmation as per Cust projection aligned withPFS
Ensure Commonization of new product on existing line w.r.t.Utilization
Technical Writing RFQ for production facility
Process Qualification of process as per Control plan.
Plant Layout design for new assy line/other facilities
Implementation of c measure for any external/internal audit
Closure of all QAV/Customer audit observations
Conduct Line trial and action implementation
