Job Purpose
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA professional to manage our SAP transformation journey based on SAP S/4HANA RISE with SAP.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete SAP implementation lifecycle including business process transformation, SAP Activate methodology, functional coordination, technical architecture understanding, system landscape management, data migration, testing, integration, cutover, go-live, and post-production stabilization.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with SAP implementation partners, business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, technical teams, and infrastructure/Basis teams to successfully deliver an enterprise SAP implementation.

Key Responsibilities
1. SAP S/4HANA RISE Implementation Leadership

• Own and drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANA RISE implementation program from project initiation to production go-live and stabilization.
• Manage complete SAP implementation lifecycle:

• Configuration

2. SAP Activate Methodology & Project Governance

• Hands-on understanding of SAP Activate methodology.
• Manage implementation deliverables across:

3. Business Process & SAP Functional Understanding

• Conduct and manage BBP/Fit-to-Standard workshops with business teams.
• Understand current business processes and design SAP-enabled future processes.

Mandatory:

• 812 years SAP experience.
• Minimum one complete SAP implementation experience.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Experience with SAP RISE / Cloud implementation preferred.
• Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience managing SAP implementation partners.
• Experience handling business stakeholders.

A manufacturing-focused SAP professional with around 10 years of experience who has successfully delivered at least one complete SAP implementation. The candidate should understand manufacturing operations, SAP S/4HANA processes, technical landscape, Basis coordination, integrations, and should be capable of independently driving the SAP program from BBP phase to successful go-live and stabilization.
