Deputy Manager - Financial Reporting

Responsibilities :

Quarterly financials and audit

• Preparing standalone and consolidated quarterly financials of Sapphire Foods India Limited
• (SFIL), including cashflow statement and notes to accounts as per companies act
• requirement.
• Further, assisting in audit closure handled by Big4 audit teams.
• Preparing EBITDA reconciliation, as per MIS and statutory financials.
  

Monthly Management financials and MIS reporting

• Preparing monthly management (condense) financials.
• including cashflow statement and reporting variances reasons comparing last month/ year.
• Responsible for finalizing monthly corporate overheads, along with preparing monthly
• corporate MIS and justifying reason for variances.
• Further, resolving restaurant manager queries related to monthly P&L, along with MIS team queries.

Accounts payable and others

• Responsible for HO accounts payable, ensuring correct invoice booking and timely payments,
• also to ensure transactions with franchisor are in line with the agreements.
• Preparing Annual Budget for Finance and Accounts team and reviewing monthly for any
• adverse variances.
• Reporting related party transaction (RPT) details to the Board.
• Preparing Restated Audited Financials for last three financial years as per SEBI requirement
• in accordance with DRHP. Further, carrying out the changes in Restated financials as per
• auditors/ internal team.
• Preparing standalone and consolidated financials for the period required for RHP filing.
• Updating other financial information includes company s net worth, EBITDA, ratios, etc which
