Deputy Manager - Finance & Accounts - Intergrow Deputy Manager Finance & Accounts Key Responsibilities : Accounts Receivable (AR):

• Oversee end-to-end AR process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
• Review credit control processes and manage customer credit limits.

Accounts Payable(AP):

• Supervise vendor invoice processing, verification, and payments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, GST, TDS and other statutory requirements.
• Monitor AP aging and ensure timely settlement of vendor dues.
• Review vendor reconciliations and resolve disputes.

• Expand the retailer network by focusing on General Trade outlets and identifying and onboarding new outlets for competitive reach
• Develop relationship with top outlets and explore opportunities to partner with alternate channels
• Increase counter share through targeted engagement with key retailers.
• Implement range selling and ensure optimal product placement to minimize damage returns and maximize sales.
• Plan and execute promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and drive product awareness

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to AR & AP.
• Assist in audits (internal, statutory, GST) by providing necessary data and clarifications.
• Ensure process improvements and automation in AR/AP functions.
• Prepare MIS reports related to AR/AP and present to management.

• CA Inter / ICWA 5 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. heads-on experience in ERP systems (SAP ).
