Designation- Deputy Manager Energy Management & Asset Tagging

Job Purpose and Scope

To support and drive energy management initiatives by monitoring energy consumption, analyzing utility performance, identifying energy efficiency opportunities, coordinating implementation of energy-saving measures, and preparing periodic performance reports. The role will also support asset management only through accurate equipment asset tagging, tag record maintenance, and coordination with internal teams to ensure proper identification and traceability of assets.

Key Responsibility

1 Monitor and analyze energy consumption data across units, identify trends, losses and improvement opportunities, and coordinate with stakeholders for implementation of energy conservation measures.

2 Prepare and maintain energy MIS, dashboards, consumption reports, savings trackers, and performance summaries for management review and decision-making.

3 Coordinate energy audits, site assessments, vendor visits, and action closure for energy efficiency projects, including follow-up on implementation progress and savings validation.

4 Support asset management activities strictly limited to asset tagging by coordinating tagging execution, verifying tag details, updating asset tag records, and ensuring proper equipment identification.

5 Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and units for timely data collection, documentation, audit support, issue escalation, and closure of energy and asset tagging related action points.

Qualification: BE/ME- EEE

Location: Narayana Hrudayalaya Hospital- Corporate Office.

A ESG professional with experience of 1 to 5 years in ESG would be preferred.
