i) Degree in Electrical Engineering.

ii) 6 to 8 years experience in power plant electrical system

consis ng of:

a. Synchronous Salient pole generators and its monitoring &

control/ protec on/ metering/excita on/ AVR/ bearing

lubrica on, brakes systems,

b. Low voltage AC supply distribu on/ control/

protec on/metering, medium voltage AC supply distribu on/

control/ protec on/metering, High voltage AC supply

distribu on/ control/ protec on /metering systems,

c. Power Transformers/ distribu on transformers and its control/

protec on/ metering system,

d. HV XLPE Cables/ MV XLPE Cables/ LV power cables, control and

instrumenta on cables, their selec on/cable scheduling/laying

and termina on,

e. Sta on DC supply system consis ng ba eries and float cum

boost charger

f. Sta on DG set

g. Air condi oning, Ligh ng and Ven la on

h. Hydro turbine and inlet valves controls/ governing/ protec on

system

i. Switchyard equipment i.e. HV breakers/ HV Isolators/ CTs/ Pts/

LAs/ bus bars system

j. Inspec on at supplier’s works, site installa on/ erec on, pre-

commissioning, commissioning and opera on and maintenance

of the above electrical systems.

k. Leading the Electrical team & Co-ordina on with Mechanical

team leader for ecient and co-ordinated working at project

site.

l. Should be ecient in Electrical Circuit drawings and

documenta on and related equipment tes ng protocols.

He shall be posted at Tefna project oce to take care of O&M

ac vi es of Vanala and Rajwak SHEP and shall report to DGM

(O&M)He shall be deputed to required places for review/ inspec ons/

quality aspect monitoring of ordered electrical equipment for

Vanala, Rajwak , any other project or headquarter related works.
