We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager Accounts & Finance to join our team at Plasti Surge Industries Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Oversee the preparation of financial reports and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to drive business growth.
• Manage taxation and audit processes to minimize risks and maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Implement financial strategies to optimize profitability.

• CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience in taxation and audit management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
