Deputy General Manager/ General Manager - Finance

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Finance professional to lead Project Finance, Treasury, and Compliance functions. The role involves driving financial strategy, ensuring liquidity, managing risks, and supporting project execution

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project finance & funding strategy, including restructuring
• Manage treasury operations & fund utilization
• Prepare and track monthly cash flow (budget vs actuals)
• Ensure regulatory, financial, and project compliances
• Handle Bank Guarantees (BGs), LCs, and forward contracts
• Oversee insurance, risk management, and claims settlement
• Support project execution including land procurement, approvals, and feasibility analysis
• Conduct legal & commercial vetting of contracts
• Manage EPCG and Duty Scrip benefits
• Drive MIS reporting, tax coordination, and financial analysis
• Perform competition and market analysis.

What Were Looking For

• CA / MBA (Finance) with 15+ years of experience
• Strong background in project finance, treasury, and compliance
• Experience in infrastructure, logistics, or project-led industries preferred
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
