Roles and Responsibilities:- Deputy Branch Manager

• Manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer service.
  
• Oversee team handling, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and improve productivity.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  
• Ensure effective cross-selling strategies are implemented across various products such as retail liabilities, life insurance, and banking services.
  
• Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in branch management or similar role in retail banking or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of banking operations, including branch handling, relationship management, and team handling.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective cross-selling techniques.
