Demo Chef - Food Services

Job Purpose

Demonstration of Recipe Applications using Chef Solutions products to Food Services customers in India.

Key areas of responsibility

Develop Recipes, Content, Menu costing using the Chef Solutions product range
Meet with customers to talk about innovative food concepts, explain cost-benefit, and give a Demo of Recipe to support the Sales team
Participate in Company Exhibitions, Demonstrations both online & Offline

Skill-set required

Ability to read & interpret menus, measure & ingredients by recipe, culinary fundamentals and knife skills, sound knowledge of continental & asian dishes, operate kitchen equipment such as grinders, deep fryers, ovens
Good English Language skills required
Creativity and imagination for Food presentation, handy in taking Food Shots
Strong communication skills, ability to network in Chef community
Confidence to positively convert Sales pitches along with Product demo
Computer skills in MS-Word, MS-Excel

Compensation

Fixed 1.80 lacs to 2.40 lacs (15 to 20,000 p.m.) + Incentives + Travel Allowance
