Deltacubes - Senior Salesforce Developer - Health Cloud (8-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement solutions on Salesforce Health Cloud.

- Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

- Configure Health Cloud features, patient management processes, care plans, and healthcare workflows.

- Develop integrations between Salesforce and external healthcare systems.

- Build and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation processes.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

- Support deployment activities and post-production issue resolution.

- Ensure compliance with Salesforce development best practices and security standards.

- Prepare technical documentation and solution designs.

Required Skills:

- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.

- Expertise in:

1. Apex

2. Lightning Web Components (LWC)

3. Visualforce

4. SOQL/SOSL

5. Salesforce Flows

6. Integration APIs

- Experience implementing healthcare-related business processes.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data models.

- Experience with Salesforce deployment and release management.

Preferred Skills:

- Salesforce Health Cloud Certification.

- Salesforce Platform Developer Certification.

- Experience integrating Salesforce with healthcare systems, EMR/EHR platforms, or third-party applications.

- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare industry standards.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
